WHYswap.co.uk will be referred to as WHYswap for these terms only.

Your Committment:

Once your swap item has been approved by WHYswap, Your committment is to send us your product first. Upon approval WHYswap then post theirs to you. Your only financial outlay is in your postage of the item to us. WHYswap pay the postage on the item you intend to swap.

WHYswap will not post out items before receiving the swappers first!

Our Committment:

Our Committment is to make sure the swap is as smooth as possible and sometimes we may request photos of your intended swap item. WHYswap is proud of its history and prestige and strives to deliver a perfect swap everytime.

The Website:

Please note that WHYswap may at any time change any aspect of the site or its content, including the availability of products, features, information or content at any time.

WHYswap does not guarantee that information on the site (including without limitation, descriptions, photo's or dates) is free from errors or omissions but we will use all reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention.

By swapping with WHYswap, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

You must be 16 years of age or over and have legal capacity or ownership of the item you intend to swap.

You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and your item shall be true and accurate.

The site must not be used to swap stolen or items of theft, should this arise WHYswap will happily pass on your details to the relevant authorities.

The swapping of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political, or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.

WHYswap reserves the right to deny access to the site at any time without notice.

WHYswap reserves the right to add content/advertising at our discretion and at any time. Changing advertising companies is an ongoing process and sites may feature other forms of advertising also.

Force Majeure
WHYswap shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting WHYswap or its Couriers (post office, city link etc).

Copyright and Trademarks
The copyright and all proprietary rights in the site and all content are reserved by PMH. The material contained within the site is the property of PMH unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name WHYswap and any other marks, logos and graphics of WHYswap displayed on the site are known as of WHYswap.co.uk. Other company and product or service names displayed on the site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are not granted any right or licence to use any trademarks.

Security Policy
WHYswap uses secure technology in order to safeguard personal information and financial transactions. WHYswap complies with the procedures and security standards as further set out in our Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
WHYswap reserves the right to change or update the Terms & Conditions relating to use of our sites from time to time without prior notice to users. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed within the site from the date on which any changes come into effect. Continued use of the site following any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
